The biggest misconception surrounds energy expenditure and caloric intake. Much of my business is focused on weight loss but truly, I try to educate on fat loss. Weight loss includes more than just losing fat. It includes muscle loss, and we are already losing about 3-8% every decade starting in our thirties. Muscle has a “use it or lose it” principle.
