We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordan Beaupre and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jordan, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
As a Third Party IVF Coordinator, my team handles an extremely diverse patient population. Our mission is to instill hope in individuals and couples facing infertility challenges due to various factors such as advanced maternal age, genetic conditions, same-sex couples, single parents by choice, and those with medical conditions requiring third-party assistance to conceive. We support intended parents seeking alternative family-building options such as egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, and gestational surrogacy. Coastal Fertility is significantly impacting our community by fulfilling parenthood dreams for couples struggling with infertility. We are advancing medical research in reproductive technology, supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in their journey to parenthood, and empowering women through altruistic contribution. Most importantly, we’re fostering supportive communities among donors, intended parents, and children born through donation!
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’ve been fortunate to be part of the Coastal Fertility team for two years now. My journey began in the Emergency Department, where I gained years of invaluable experience before transitioning to the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, caring for the most critically ill patients. The challenges and trauma posed by the pandemic and the demanding nature of night shift led me to a point of profound exhaustion (both mental and physical), necessitating a reevaluation of my career path.
I realized I needed to make a change in order to reconnect with why I became a nurse to begin with. Transitioning from bedside nursing wasn’t an easy decision, but I have no regrets. I feel so fulfilled knowing that I’m still making just as much of a meaningful impact as I did in my previous roles.
My transition to Coastal was made possible by the most uplifting and supportive team of physicians, nurses and administrative staff. While the core nursing skills remain relevant, fertility nursing involves specialized knowledge and procedures that are very specific to reproductive health.
At Coastal, we’re very aware that infertility is a deeply personal journey and filled with emotional highs and lows. Our approach to patient care is rooted in genuine connection and personalized attention. We take the time to truly listen to our patients, to understand their unique stories, and to craft treatment plans that align with their individual needs. Whether it’s offering a reassuring hand during a challenging moment or providing comprehensive education and guidance, we strive to be a source of unwavering support for each and every person who walks through our doors.
Ultimately, success in our field is measured not just by numbers on a chart, but by the trust and gratitude of the families we have the privilege to serve. As providers, we encounter individuals and couples who are navigating one of the most challenging and emotionally taxing experiences of their lives. In the face of such adversity, it is the ordinary, everyday tasks – from administering medications to providing emotional support – that take on extraordinary significance.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I owe a debt of gratitude to many individuals and influences in my life, but if there’s one person who stands out as the cornerstone of my journey, it’s undoubtedly my mother. Her support and mentorship have been the driving force behind all of my successes. Through every challenge and setback (and I’ve had quite a few), she stood by me. In moments of self-doubt and uncertainty, she is always there to lift me up with her boundless love and belief in my potential. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering support have not only been a source of strength but also a constant reminder of the power of resilience and unconditional love. Without her steadfast presence and unwavering belief in me, I wouldn’t be where I am today. For her endless sacrifices, countless late nights, and ability to always see the best in me, I am eternally grateful. My success is as much hers as it is mine.
