We had the good fortune of connecting with Yvette Grishina and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Yvette, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My business, rooted in the creation of art, strives to serve the community and the world by offering a path to profound self-discovery. Through my artistic work, I strive to guide individuals on a journey that leads them to a deeper exploration of their core values and beliefs. This process encourages introspection and allows to recognize what genuinely holds meaning and significance in our lives, free of societal influences and external expectations.
I firmly believe that in today’s fast-paced world, we often lose touch with our authentic selves. My art is a channel for this journey of self-discovery, enabling people to reconnect with their true essence. By weaving together the threads of our thoughts, emotions, and intrinsic nature, we can find equilibrium, comfort, and ultimately, genuine happiness. This is the profound impact I aim to have on both the local community and the broader world, inspiring individuals to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Please tell us more about your art. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I specialize in the creation of abstract artworks, where I carefully blend modeling paste, acrylic paint, and epoxy resin. Consequently, my art exudes vibrant colors, a textured feel, and a glossy finish. Each art piece holds a one-word title that could very possibly be in a different language. It is also accompanied by a short narrative including symbolism and philosophical thoughts. This artistic approach results in contemporary, elegant, and modern pieces that evoke personal connections and resonate uniquely with each individual. It is a privilege for me to hear about life experiences and how those intertwine with my artwork. I take immense pride in crafting a style that’s distinctive and captures attention. It was a journey of countless trials and errors to uncover this unique artistic identity.
Professionally, I reached this point through dedication and perseverance. It wasn’t easy, but I overcame challenges by staying resilient and continuously learning. The lessons I’ve learned include embracing failure as a stepping stone to success and staying true to my unique style. I want the world to know that my brand and story are a testament to the power of artistic exploration and the beauty of creative self-discovery.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
In my journey, several key individuals deserve credit and recognition. Firstly, my parents have played an initial role by teaching invaluable lessons on resilience and hard work. Their own path through life has been a constant source of inspiration, shaping my work ethic and determination.
Additionally, my sister, husband and close friends have provided crucial encouragement and emotional support throughout my journey. Their belief in my artistic abilities has been a strong motivator that continually propels me forward.
Furthermore, I also give credit to myself as I’ve learned that luck is a byproduct of hard work and effort. Through perseverance and resourcefulness, I’ve come to understand that the harder I work, the more “luck” I seem to have. The more I develop my art and reach out to collaborators, the more I advance. There’s no magic trick! This realization has been a driving force, reminding me that success is born from dedication and not merely chance.
