We had the good fortune of connecting with Veronika Bly and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Veronika, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
This took me a little bit to think about, but yes, I do “Don’t wait for the opportunity, Create it.” There are so many successful small and big businesses. I knew I will never have an idea like Facebook, google, inventing new stuff like an electric car, but that’s the thing, we don’t have to always create new things, just look around you, so many beautiful things in this world. If you think you can do something what is already out there but better, more beautiful, more of your own style or better quality and have passion for it why not? We all create our future and our opportunities in it.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I wanted to share ideas or inspire others who are not able to travel to different countries to be able to clothe their children in different and affordable styles, than what is maybe offered in our stores here. To provide high-end unique clothes which are limited edition. To ensure that all clothes are high quality and sold at an affordable price. Because we believe that every child has the right to look good and confident in their attire, because when your kids look good, this will boost their confidence, because they feel good.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As we just moved to this smaller town in Texas, compared to Colorado Springs, with a little one, there have not been to many places I had the chance to visit. But if my best friend would come to visit our days would be filled with small shopping trips to malls around, sweet bakeries or just sitting in the back with a cup of coffee or tea and watching little one play.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband, he has been supportive since I mentioned the idea of starting a business. And also Olivia Starling owner of Starlette Galleria, she is a single mom, who started her business at her home with baby on her hip, not only is she someone I look up to as a person, mom and business owner, but also amazing friend who doesn’t hesitate to give advice, tips and tricks and even let her daughter to be my model for some of our clothes.
Also every person out there who helped me develop our business as they shared link from our social media, talked to friends about us or purchased anything. Everything helps small businesses to learn and grow.
