We had the good fortune of connecting with Joshua Robinson Electrically Gifted and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Joshua Robinson, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
There were a lot of companies here taking advantage of people and scamming and I couldn’t watch it anymore. I truly do right by people and it’s very well known.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m diverse electrical and when I started my business I started it with videos of how-to. I wanted to show people how to do things on their own so they wouldn’t have to call electricians and get scammed over and I know I’m supposed to be out here making money but I truly love talking with people and being around community. I have continued my videos in my platforms have blown up tremendously and one thing people know is that I am a goofy individual and I might do things that people don’t like which I’ve never heard no one say anything like that. But you know who’s coming in your home and you know he knows what he’s doing because I literally edit and post every call. I want to show people there’s someone out here I can see that doesn’t lie and lives right by everyone everyone

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Downtown Greenville is always the place and I do a lot of business for a lot of the owners on main Street so I have a lot of leeway so I can cater to them properly and show them this beautiful city.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Gerald templeman which is the owner of templeman electric took me in when I was very young and taught me what I know today and I think of that man every day of my life still today and he lives in Terrell Texas.
