Hi Jennifer, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
Small Business Owners my hats off to my fellow colleagues!! Those who think owning and running a small business let alone a big business is wine and roses are living in fantasy land! I typically hit the reset button once a year on this topic. It’s tough and you need to be strong,focused and organized. I’m in the trade business which seems to be almost extinct these days and hiring the right person is a constant challenge. The days are relatively short, physical and working outdoors in the elements are not for everyone. If you believe in yourself your crew and support system this phase shall too pass.

What should our readers know about your business?
Boat Girl is a female owned marine restoration and detailing company specializing in mildew removal and refit services. The girls and I are extremely versatile in our roles within the crew. We run machines all day long,paint,prep,polish repair restore vessels in the water or on land requiring scaffolding. Whatever it takes to get the job done ✅ Challenges hiring qualified people!!!
A daily ,weekly challenge that can make or break a growing small business. The trade industry is on the decline the youth of America wants to be a Tic Tock Star we’ll guess what I have a trade crew who are willing to work hard and can be recognized as a tick tok star in their own right.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Hands down we’d book a ST Augustine Cruise I had so much fun with them showing us all the historical sites from the water. Visit the Reel Deal seafood market, omg what an amazing inventory they have and educational on species of fish I’ve never heard of.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to give a huge shoutout to my husband Jay Enos without him I would never be this successful,he taught me everything I know! The famous Mike Rowe and his amazing promotion and support of the dissolving trade industry. Captain Kelly Gordon a remarkable human,teacher advocate for mental health, influential female captain who cares and looks to inspire the current and next generation. Women’s offshore Foundation I’m in the process of grooming young girls interested in pursuing careers and further education on the water.
