We had the good fortune of connecting with Jakhari Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jakhari, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I believe the most important factor would be my mindset. More specifically: my “go getter” attitude, my resourcefulness, and I have the “gift of gab”. This mindset has allowed me to overcome any obstacle that stood in my way and gives me the confidence to know that nothing can stop me. The world is yours.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Next Stop Delivery is a household goods moving company that started in 2018. Originally, the plan was to be a furniture delivery business- hence the name, but we pivoted over to moving shortly after realizing the earning potential. We are one of if not THE best rated moving company in the area. We have all 5 star reviews on Google, Facebook, and other moving platforms. We got to this point by taking every step of the moving process and focusing on how we can make it the best. We focus on providing a PREMIUM moving experience. Our movers are professional movers and not “day laborers”. We treat every customer with respect no matter what or who they are in life.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m bad with itineraries but I would make sure to take them to two of my favorite restauraunts: Midwood Smokehouse, and Taziki’s mediterranean. Depending on the time of year my favorite places around here are near the water, Lake Murray and Saluda river walk. Another notable location would be Soda City market downtown.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
God. Without God I would not be here today. My relationship with God really solidified when at 18 years old I was shot in the chest/lung from point blank range with a .357 magnum. Sorry to be so graphic but I need you to understand how serious it was and how without God there would be no me.
