Hi Dawn, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When I started my business my goal was to be a supportive person to people who were pregnant and giving birth. I had no idea how it would blossom 25 years later

What should our readers know about your business?
From the beginning, I tried to structure my business to be a 1 stop shop for busy families. It’s hard enough to find birth support but then you have find someone to help at home. I have taken and become an Evidence Based Birth Instructor, a community breastfeeding educator, a Placenta Encapsulator. I am now a Doula Instructor. I have taken a Morrocan postpartum care course and I am currently enrolled in postpartum university. Each year I add a different modality

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are a lot of fun things to do. We could visit the beach. Have lunch or dinner by the water. Take a boat tour and see dolphins. In the evening visit the jazz club for some music

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to recognize all of my clients. They truly invested in me, and trusted me and my business
