We had the good fortune of connecting with Cristen Clark and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cristen, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
It is simple!! I care about my couple and want to do my very best for them at all times. I know how important a wedding is and I know how important it is to capture every emotion and detail. This is not just a job for me, I want them to know that I am vested in them and the success of not only their wedding day, but their marriage! I am there to make them feel special and beautiful! I am going on 16 years in the wedding industry and I still get so excited before each wedding! This is how I know I still belong in the wedding industry!

What should our readers know about your business?
I capture emotion and get so pumped up and excited on wedding days! If you hire me for a 10 hours of coverage, I really am covering your wedding for 10 hours. I don’t take breaks because I don’t want to miss one detail from you big day! I have learned if you truly enjoy your job, it will show through your work!! I also work hard to get my clients back their images within 1 week! Most think I am crazy for this (my family included), but I want my couple to be able to relive their day as soon as possible!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love everything about the downtown! I don’t have a favorite spot, but I do love to walk around Falls Park and stroll down main street!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family! Most weddings are on the weekends so I miss time with them! I may also miss evening events at times as I am editing. They are so understanding and really help out once wedding season starts full force!!
