Hi Christina, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Consistency is absolutely essential when it comes to creating a successful brand and being successful in general. It is so important to not deviate from your initial mission and vision for your brand. Consistency leads to trust in you, your brand, and your content so it is crucial to avoid confusing your audience by being inconsistent. This has allowed me to ultimately grow and gain support of thousands as a content creator across my social media platforms.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’ve been doing food blogging and content creation since 2019. I’m the type of person who would always be on Yelp and on Instagram looking for new restaurants to try. Phone always eats first! After coming to the realization that I had way too many food pictures on my phone, I knew it was time to establish Monday2sundae. It was not an easy journey to get to where I am today and to build what Monday2sundae has become from the ground up. Along the way, I learned the importance of authenticity, consistency, and engagement which is so key for building a brand and being successful overall. My mission, that I will always stay true to, is providing everyone with a taste of the food life. I am committed to finding the best and most iconic restaurants on Long Island, in New York City, and beyond so you don’t have to!

My family and friends have always been so supportive of me on my journey as a food blogger and content creator. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without the constant love and encouragement of my parents and older sister, Alyssa. She is also in the creative space so Alyssa is always inspiring me and helping me improve each and everyday.
