Hi andrea, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success is measured by living a fulfilled life and having a career that gives you purpose.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have an incredible opportunity to work with talented creatives everyday. Whether we are on set or brainstorming the next project, the juices are always flowing. I’m proud of the work culture I create when I’m on set. It’s about having fun and creating beautiful imagery that we can all be proud of.

I got here today because of my strong work ethic and my stamina. I’ve been in the fashion/production biz for over 25 years and I still get excited to go to work. It’s my network of people and relationships that I’ve built over time that give me the resources and confidence to create thought provoking imagery.

I’ve had amazing mentors all along the way and my career has brought me full circle to where I’m mentoring the next generation.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If you want to experience both luxury and sites in Charleston I would stay at Hotel Bennett or Charleston Place Hotel. I would dine at Fig, The Ordinary, Sorelle, and Vern’s. The shopping downtown spans from Broad Street, to Lower King Street to Upper King Street, to Spring Street. A sunset cruise on Charleston Super Yacht Charters with a DJ catered by Chef Brett McKee is the ultimate way to experience the city from the water.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would not be where I’m at today if it wasn’t for the people who believed in me and cheered me on. Starting with my husband Gustavo who is my rock and support in everything I do, then my fellow entrepreneurial friends who are always giving me great advice and celebrating my wins alongside me.
