We had the good fortune of connecting with Paige Dick and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Paige, what do you attribute your success to?
The success of my brand comes from drawing inspiration from the different architectural styles of the cities I’ve lived in: NYC, Greenwich, CT, Raleigh, Austin and now Charleston. My experience in these areas has helped me blend various design styles while maintaining a cohesive vision. I believe having an understanding of different regions has given me a competitive edge. I push beyond the standard and challenge myself with each new design project.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m an interior designer dedicated to helping people invest in their homes or work environment. My goal is to create spaces that not only look beautiful but also inspire a sense of comfort and joy, making people look forward to coming home at the end of the day. I prioritize both functionality and aesthetics to ensure every design is as practical as it is inspiring. I’ve been fortunate to work on HGTV’s Love It or List It, an experience that has set me apart from other designers in my area. It taught me that every project is unique, and the key to success is truly listening to my clients needs. I want the world to know that my brand is built on a work ethic focused on delivering a “wow” experience for every client, as if it were an HGTV moment.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love Charleston and would have a packed itinerary to keep it fun and exciting. I would start off the trip by exploring downtown. Starting with a morning stroll through the waterfront park to check out the Pineapple fountain and views of the harbor. Next we would shop King Street where we can explore the best shopping Charleston has to offer. Lunch or dinner to experience authentic low country cuisine. If time allows, a guided carriage ride allows you to experience the history and architecture of Charleston or a guided walking tour is always fun too. I would also squeeze in a beach day and head to Sullivan’s Island. We can spend the day relaxing on the beach, and if we’re up to it, rent bikes to explore the area. Dinner at The Obstinate Daughter is a must, a cozy spot with great seafood & the best pizzas around! Another must-see is Shem Creek, where we can watch dolphins while eating lunch and even rent kayaks for a fun water excursion.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Thanks to the support from my family, I’ve been able to pursue my dream career. In my mid-20’s, I went back to school to follow my passion for interior design. Throughout the journey, my husband has been my biggest supporter, cheering me on every step of the way. Being an entrepreneur comes with its challenges, but because of my family, I’ve never given up, even when things got tough.
