Meet Alise Jones | Boutique owner/Fashion Stylist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alise Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alise, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Honestly i didn’t have a choice. Ive wanted my own boutique for as long as i could remember! It became such a burning desire deep down in my soul that i couldn’t ignore any longer.
I love Fashion! I realized that I would rather spend my time doing something I loved, vs working on someones elses dream! Making someone else wealthy.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Heavii Ever After boutique is a safe space I created for myself. A space I can enjoy all things Fashion! Things I can share with other women who enjoy Fashion and stylish items as well.

Heavii Ever After specialize in Statement pieces & apparel, accessories, fragrance, and intimate apparel .
We also offer personal shopping and styling for any occasion.

Heavii Ever After boutique is currently mobile. The Heavii House is an inflatable tent that i utilize as my “store front”. We attend pop up shops and business expos around South Carolina. Looking to start traveling very soon.

I’m super excited about how my small business is growing. All I started with was a dream and even thou I’m not were I would like to be just yet, I’m farther than were I started!
I’ve had days were ive been discouraged and fell short financially. I haven’t been able to secure any type of business loans or grants just yet, but I’m working on educating myself on those resources.

Sometimes i get scared and truly think about giving up. And other times i wonder if im dreaming to big. Those are the moments I refocus and rememeber who im doing this for. With faith,prayer and being consistent all things will fall into place!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would eat every day at Arias Cafe! She serves the Best cheese steak fries and crab balls the city has ever tasted. 10 out of 10! I love to visit my family on James Island and go to Folly Beach. I love beaches. The scenery is beautiful and I’m sure she will enjoy a nice stroll along the boardwalk.
A evening in Downtown Charleston is truly a Vibe. We will begin our journey on King St., and let out feet do the walking. There’s an array of restaurants bars and nightclub we can choose from. Or we can go on the Battery and enjoy each other conversations.
