Hi Ciara, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
My faith in God and my commitment to building lasting relationships based on trust, have been instrumental in the success of in my real estate business. Cultivating a strong bond with clients, gaining their trust, and fostering ongoing relationships are indeed key elements in sustaining my success. The fact that my past clients refer their friends and family reflects positively on the quality of my work and the positive experiences my clients have had with my services. This word-of-mouth promotion can be a powerful driver for my business growth.

What should our readers know about your business?
I believe I have a strong and diverse background. I have been inspired to transition from healthcare to real estate. The relationships I have built in healthcare has equipped me with valuable skills in customer service and empathy, which are undoubtedly beneficial in the real estate industry. My commitment to never giving up, holding onto faith, and continuously growing as an individual are commendable traits that have contributed to my success. When I decided to switch careers, I still wanted a career that still maintained a focus on making a positive impact on people’s lives. The emphasis on understanding my clients’ needs, being honest, and remaining calm during transactions reflects my client-centric approach that is crucial in my real estate profession. I feel a sense of camaraderie with my colleagues at Weichert Realtors Coastal Properties. My dedication and enthusiasm as a local real estate agent ready to serve the needs of my clients in both SC and soon GA are clear indicators of my passion for my work.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would showcase the beauty and cultural richness of Saint Helena Island and the surrounding areas to my best friend. Exploring the rural Lowcountry character, immersing in the African-American Gullah culture, and enjoying local dining at places like Sea Island Bar and Grill are great ways to introduce the uniqueness of the Lowcountry. We would also visit historical landmarks such as Penn Center and relax on the beautiful Hunting Island Beach to add a touch of history and natural beauty to the experience. In Downtown Beaufort, we could enjoy the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park, which provides a picturesque setting to unwind and enjoy their local marina. Our evening plan at Jah’Lion Grill & Bar, with Caribbean music, dancing, and delicious cuisine, would be a lively and enjoyable experience with my best friend. To finish the weekend, we would end with a shopping excursion to Tanger Outlets in Bluffton which will add a bit of retail therapy to the mix. I want a thoughtful itinerary to demonstrate a well-rounded and immersive introduction to the charm and diversity of the Beaufort and surrounding areas. I’m sure my best friend will have a wonderful time exploring and experiencing the local culture and attractions with me!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My late mother, children, family and close friends have had a positive impact on my life and motivation. The influence of my loved ones have been the powerful driving force in my pursuit of success and personal growth. I cherish the values and upbringing provided by my mother, and finding motivation in your children’s well-being. They are beautiful sources of inspiration. The support and encouragement from my family and friends create a strong foundation that helps me stay focused on my goals. It’s important to acknowledge and appreciate the positive influences around me!
