We had the good fortune of connecting with Thea Zeppone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Thea, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Becoming a CEO all started when I felt like every place I was working did not have a core value for treating people with love like family. I enjoyed working other people companies and enjoy learning but it was that one thing I felt I needed that would allow me to stay in a company and that was what I could not find. I always work in the medical field and we are always working with people and that is a field I felt have to be personable when providing a care that means so much to someone life.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Zeppone Caring Hands is a non-medical in home care provider. We assist Senior Adults and Adults with disabilities to stay home while still receiving the care that is needed, for example our services can tailor to bathing, dressing, meal prep, doctor appointments and lot of daily living activities that we do everything that has become a challenge to someone else.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well living in Savannah which is a historic area we will visit the famous River Street and eat at some of the roof top restaurants. We will explore lots of Savannah History while shop at some of the cuties boutiques.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to give a huge shout out the Universe first for giving me the courage to make it happen even when days I felt like giving up. I will also love to shout out to Deepak Chopra and his book The Seven Spiritual Laws Of Success, That book really allowed me to open my eyes to grow into the successful woman I am.
