Hi Latavia, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When I created Exquisite Tastee E.T Tarot & Spirituality LLC, my goal was to share the spiritual knowledge and wisdom that I have acquired over many years. As a writer by the pen name of TasteeThoughts I created 3Queens Publishing LLC with the intention to inspire, entertain and teach. I want E.T Tarot & Spirituality LLC to be an extension of that mission. I utilize my oracle and tarot cards to motivate and inform my YouTube subscribers of the light and dark spiritual aspects of our journeys that can hinder and/or elevate our lives.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As a tarot reader, I refer to myself as E.T because I know I am not like anyone else although I am just another messenger of The Most HIgh. You could say that I am a psychic, but I receive messages from the higher realms. In GOD´s eyes, we are perfect because he made us as he wanted us to be. Being a tarot reader helps me to be more of who I am and I love that for me. It makes me fall more in love with my authentic self, flaws and all. I find myself being more connected to the earth and universe as I receive messages in everything. In my life, there are no coincidences. The synchronicities are mind-blowing and they fill me with more appreciation for life. Although reading for my collectives is very rewarding for me even if I am only able to help one person, It is not easy. As an empath, the channeling can be draining as the dark energies love to creep. I have also acquired a few stalkers who silently watch me thinking that I am somehow meddling in their business and exposing them. But as I stated above, I am only a messenger and I have no idea who watches my channels that I may know personally. Because of the risk with my profession, I am assured that I am heavily protected by GOD, my ancestors, and the strongest of angelic beings. Reading tarot has introduced me to a whole new world and regardless of the pros and cons, I wouldn´t trade my calling for anything or anyone in this world.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in Columbia, South Carolina; as I was born and raised here. If my close friend Bonnie, who is from and lives in North Carolina was to visit here, our first stop would definitely be to get some food. Most likely I would take her to Lizard´s Thicket, which is a local food chain. While on the phone with her, I mentioned the place and she had never heard of it. They serve southern soul food ranging from fried and baked chicken to chef salads. Then we would visit the local river walks which I frequently visit, which is a nature destination for many locals and tourists. The river runs through the city and has many entrances to the beautiful scenery. We would also visit the zoo which is also located by the river. I haven´t been out to a bar in a while, but we have many in the area that would render her a great time if we chose to do that as we both seldom drink alcohol nowadays. I would also love to take her to a baseball game. Columbia has a professional baseball team and The University Of South Carolina which is located downtown has a baseball team that is popular. I have never visited any one of the arenas, but I´d definitely enjoy myself with her. A trip to the coast for one of our beaches would definitely be a part of the itinerary as we both love to be connected to the ocean. All in all, I think anywhere she and I chose to visit would be a lovely experience as time spent with her will be worthwhile.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am so thankful for my soul tribe that I have found on YouTube. I was going through a dark phase in my life about 3 years ago and my nail tech suggested a tarot reader on YouTube. Although that reader wasn´t the reader for me, I found the ones who were. They helped me to look at my life from a higher perspective. I have always had a strong connection to GOD, but tarot helped to deepen our connection as it got stronger. I realized that I am a messenger of GOD´s and why I attract certain people and situations as I am to be the light in dark places. After a year of watching and learning from those readers that I found, I was called to read for my own collective. I started my first channel over a year ago and I started my second channel a few months ago. My assignment has been to help and inform my collective on ways to heal and protect their souls, but it has been so very healing for me as well. Although it has only been a short while, it feels like a lifetime and I am so very grateful to teach my viewers and to learn from those readers who I continue to watch!
