We had the good fortune of connecting with Latrina Holmes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Latrina, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
We had the desire to feed and Cater to the world.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have three adult children, and two grandkids Arielle and Anthony! Arielle loves to watch me in the kitchen and will ask to stir banana pudding so she can lick the bowl when I’m done.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Definitely we would entertain at our place and have cocktails with dinner.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We are grateful for each opportunity to serve and be apart of special occasions including weddings, Corporate meetings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions and showers. This creates memories and continues down through the years. We serve our region well in the south.
